I completely understand that things come up! Please read the following policy before booking your appointment. NEW CLIENTS: A 20% deposit is required to book your first appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. All deposits are non-refundable. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 15% non-refundable cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. Please keep in mind that the 15% cancellation fee is separate from your deposit and will be charged in addition to the deposit. NO-SHOWS: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a 50% non-refundable fee of the scheduled service total. EMERGENCIES: I understand that genuine emergencies happen. Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be exempt from the cancellation fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. I’m always happy to help find a later appointment that works for you!
